Alignment Eligibility: The First Three Waves
We announced the mainnet beta of our Proof Verification Layer two weeks ago, after nearly 9 months of hard work that included its conceptualization, design, proof of concept, testnets, and extensive security audits. This was only made possible with the support of the community and all the developers, engineers, and researchers building ZK and blockchain technologies.

This week, The Aligned Foundation introduced \$ALIGN, which will help achieve the long term vision of Aligned and promote a series of initiatives with the community to foster the adoption of verifiable computation and ZK.
The Aligned Foundation released the tokenomics of \$ALIGN, with a total supply of 10,000,000,000 $ALIGN and an initial circulating supply of 30%. This roadmap prioritizes the community which made all this possible and the first waves to check eligibility for Alignment are live!
The Aligned Foundation has also decided to allocate 1.5% of the $ALIGN supply to the Ethereum Protocol Guild. Aligned wouldn’t be here without Ethereum and its core developers. Ethereum is one of the most important innovations of our time and we are committed to ensuring they receive the support needed to continue innovating, developing, and maintaining this critical public good.
The first wave of Alignment is for engineers, developers and researchers that have made contributions to public goods and pioneering projects in ZK and blockchain. If you have at least one commit to one of the following repos (see the list below), and are among the top 99 contributors to it, you are eligible for this round. 4639 people are eligible, and so far 1380 have registered.
