A Note on Airdrop and Operator Claims

As many of you know, claims for $ALIGN allocations opened last week, and eligible recipients can now begin claiming their tokens.

The claim contract covers the airdrop as a whole, including the allocations for Distinguished Contributors such as L2BEAT, ZachXBT, and ZK Podcast.

Protocol Guild is the exception: rather than going through the claim contract, its allocation was sent directly to Protocol Guild's vesting contract. You can read more about that donation here.

To avoid confusion, we want to clarify that operator grants are also available to claim, following their own vesting schedule. Their allocation comes from the Foundation category, and their tokens are distributed through the Airdrop Claim Contracts. Operators were allocated 20,000,000 tokens, or 0.2% of the total token supply, distributed as follows:

• Operators with 10,000 tokens or fewer: fully unlocked at TGE.
• Operators with more than 10,000 tokens: 10,000 tokens unlocked at TGE, with the remainder vesting linearly over 12 months.
