Big news from Starknet, who announced their SHARP v6.0 upgrade! 🎉
This upgrade introduces several new features:
✅ Applicative recursion: Allowing decoupling L2 block frequency from L1 costs.
✅ Rust implementation.
✅ And new arithmetic circuit builtin.

This major upgrade introduces several powerful features:
1⃣ Applicative Recursion:
This feature allows decoupling L2 block frequency from L1 costs.

Ingonyama & Starknet Foundation announced a partnership focused on prover infrastructure for Starknet.
StarkWare currently holds the world record for hashes-proven-per-second, but they plan to break their own record by running Stwo end-to-end on an NVIDIA GPU using ICICLE!

As of today, Stwo prover by @StarkWareLtd holds the world record for prover speed with a whopping 620,000 Poseidon2 hashes proven per second on an M3 laptop 🤯

Secret Network's Confidential Computing Layer is now integrated with Kakarot. 🥕
With this partnership, Secret Network will provide Kakarot with several tooling and documentation.
This unlocks new Decentralized Confidential Computing capabilities for Kakarot dApps.

LatticeFold, a joint work introduced by Binyi Chen and Dan Boneh, is updated. 🔎
This is the first lattice-based folding scheme whose security depends on the Module Short Integer Solution (MSIS) problem.

We add an optimized folding scheme for CCS relation in Sect. 4.3 (thanks @srinathtv for bringing up the question of batching sumchecks). We also update our knowledge proof to deal with k-to-1 lattice folding where k > 2.
