The Starknet ‘Bolt’ upgrade is here! ⚡️
It introduces two features:
✅ “Parallel execution”, enabling independent transactions to be executed simultaneously.
✅ And “Block packing” cuts fixed L1 costs and reduces transaction confirmation times and block times.
