✅ Educational content

We posted a major thread promoting educational content, focusing on advanced blockchain topics like SNARKs and the future of blockchain technology, with a link to each blog for detailed content.

The thread encourages suggestions for future topics and reflecting Aligned's role as a decentralized network that enhances Ethereum's proof verification capabilities.

✅ Blog posts

Aligned Hackathon Spotlight Vol. 02.

This post highlights Spectre, a zero-knowledge light client project by Jonas from ChainSafe & Sprinter, which won second place and $10,000 in Aligned's Builders Hackathon, focusing on re-implementing ZK light client circuits in RISC Zero to enhance verification with Aligned.

Aligned Hackathon Spotlight Vol. 03.

This Erhan's project is focused on Verifiable Nearest-Neighbor Search, which uses zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) to ensure the accuracy of nearest neighbor searches in AI applications, earning a $5,000 runner-up prize.

Aligned Hackathon Spotlight Vol. 04.

Introducing AGYSO ZK-DAO-VOTE: It uses zero-knowledge proofs to ensure voter privacy in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) while maintaining transparency and addressing issues such as bribery and social pressure in on-chain voting.

✅ Alignment Sessions

The pilot episode featured our co-founders Roberto Catalan, Mauro Toscano, and Diego Kingston discussing updates and developments in the project, some details about our work with our partners 3MI Labs, and what’s coming next.

In the second Alignment Session, our co-founders Roberto Catalan, Mauro Toscano, and Diego Kingston provided a technical overview of the zkVM landscape, highlighting the milestone achieved last year in the ecosystem by the development of general-purpose zkVMs based on RISC-V architecture.

In the next session, Diego Kingston and Boris chatted with GregTheGreek, co-founder of Sprinter & ChainSafe, along with Karel Kubat, founder of Union, focusing on zero-knowledge proofs and interoperability in blockchain technology.

The last Alignment Session of the month was hosted by Roberto Catalan, Mauro Toscano, and Diego Kingston, along with Boris from ETHDenver.

They discussed the recent Holesky issue and provided some comments about multiple ZK events at ETHDenver.

✅ Podcasts

Diego Kingston chatted with Daria Volkova on the Decentralized Voices Podcast to discuss how zero-knowledge proofs can enhance real-world applications.

The interview explores the potential future of blockchain in Argentina and how it could benefit from blockchain's transparency and efficiency.

Orochi's ON Zero to Knowledge episode has been posted. It provides an overview of Aligned, discusses many use cases of ZK technology, and explores Ethereum's evolution by simplifying ZK adoption.

✅ Community Calls

The first Community call of the month was hosted by Boris & Geeny. The conversation covered ZK light client bridges and addressed questions about Aligned.

In the next community call, Boris & Geeny discussed some of the latest news related to ZK technology, including the launch of Mina's zkML Library and the presentation of ICICLE-Stwo by Ingonyama, as well as answering some questions from the community.

In the last community call of the month Boris, Geeny, and Carlos, we broke down the latest ZK industry news.

We had special guests, Melike Kecelioglu and Yusuf Kaya, the creators of an Eliza Aligned Plugin at the ETHGlobal Agentic Hackathon.
